Anyone review the Nikon 24-85 f/2.8-4 lens?

Thinking about getting this lens for another walkaround lens to compliment my 18-135. This one would be better for walking around at night with the lower f stop. Anyone have one and care to give their opinions of it?

I don't own one, but here are a few user reviews and another from Photozone. You might just want to google it for some additional reviews and comments. Have you thought about a fast prime and the ol' tried and true "zoom with your feet" approach?
