Anyone returned an Enterprise Rental car to the Pixar Hotel location?

I'll be returning my rental car to the Pixar Hotel enterprise office when I arrive next week: we're staying at the Disneyland Hotel. Plan is to drop off people & luggage and I'll run over to the Pixar Hotel office.

Wondering where at the hotel the drop off is: and how fast it was! Goal is to make it to Early Entry that day.

I think their hours are a little more limited, which might play into making it to early entry. We are planning on returning down the street at another enterprise location that has after hours returns and then I’ll Lyft quickly back to Disneyland. Would love to know if they do allow for early or late returns at Pixar though, as that would be very convenient.

You should make a call to the specific office and ask about the return. That will be the best info.
We have done that many times but never trying to make early entry. There was a designated parking area and we left the keys at the main check in desk when the rental office wasn't open.

Returned there last March, it was around 2pm so the office was for sure open. But return was easy as previous poster mention there is a designated parking area in the ramp. I believe the office was on the second floor, we used the stairs by the Soul piano. It was a quick drop off.

Thank you: I called the desk and if you have an Express Rental (which I do...) you can drop off after hours. Just park on the 4th floor and leave keys at the desk w/ Disney

Hey! The drop-off at Disneyland Hotel is pretty smooth—there’s a dedicated area for it right near the front entrance. You should be able to do it quickly and still make Early Entry without an issue. Safe travels!
