Anyone rented recently a confirmed reservation from The Timeshare Store/ DVC Store?

Hi I am considering renting a confirmed reservation from The timeshare Store/ DVC Store, but my concern is that they are not providing a contract or terms of agreement, just asking for the payment in an email and that’s it. Did you received a contract? Or how was your experience? Thanks!!
