Anyone rent this Windsor Hills townhome?

We LOVED WH last year, but the townhome we stayed in is already booked. Slim pickin's now, we waited too long to decide. Anyway, has anyone stayed at this townhome? Have any experience with this owner? You can PM me, if you think that is best.
