Anyone rent from Sterling Vacation Homes?

We are renting the Captain Nemo house in Sept/Oct and just wondering if anyone had previous experience with them?

We are renting the Tigger's Tree House during the last two weeks of August. If you do a search in the main hotel forum, there is a couple of reviews there.

The reviews do seem very positive.
