Anyone rent from Prestigious Villas?

Hi there,
Our extended family (10 people total) is currently planning a trip to WDW next spring and have found a villa that we like from Prestigious Villas. Has anyone had experience renting from them before?

This will be our first villa rental, so we're a little nervous about it, but everything on their site--as well as initial emails with the management company--has been very good. The security deposit seemed a bit high at $480 USD, but it is refundable after checkout. Should I question this? Regardless, we're looking forward to our next trip to the World.

Never heard of them - but they certainly have a good inventory of homes, and collection of testimonials

....we actually toured the show homes in Legacy Park that they have listed for sale. Lovely

Yes, the security deposit seems a little higher, but not unheard of. Mind if I ask which home you're renting? (I know, I'm nosey, sorry! ...but I recognize a few of the homes from the rent direct from owner websites...you may be able to find a lower price renting direct from the owner themselves, if budget is a concern )

I like that they include the cleaning and taxes in their weekly prices...but pool heat is additional.
