Hello, all! I found a great deal at Bay Lake Tower for a 2 bedroom on DVCStore.com. Can anyone vouch for them? I have rented through Dave's before and directly through members but not this particular site. Thanks in advance!

DVCStore (Timeshare Store) was a long time sponsor here, and I've never heard of any problems.

Meanwhile there is DVCrentalstore.com which is part of DVC Resale Market.
Do I have that correct?

My confusion is coming from the DIS has long mentioned the timeshare store and they are often on the DVC podcast, but just recently they are listing DVC Resale market as a sponsor.

I don't think there was anything sinister. Just that their sponsorship contract ended and DVC Rental Store became the new sponsor. Remember, DVC Store had replaced David's as sponsor a few years ago. It's all just normal in business. None of them are in the board filter or anything. All three are often recommended by posters here as brokers. The COVID pandemic has hit all travel related businesses financially.

I know DVC Rental Store allows renters to purchase a protection plan that allows it with different terms to recoup some money back,

But, for the most part, they are non refundable and non changeable

I did last summer ! Scott was great ! We even needed to make a last minute change and the accommodated it . We purchased DVC after that experience and also after staying in riviera from an upgrade since Caribbean beach was still closed , good tactic on Disney’s end !

We are actually here now at Bay Lake on a pre confirmed set of dates we booked through dvcstore.com and although the process was quite a few steps it was comfortable and felt safe which we enjoyed.

We booked a 3 night studio stay for the three of us and we delighted today when we self checked in to see a 1 bedroom villa upgrade! Who says that Disney magic is fading?!?!?!

It's a shame. I really liked Jerry. He had this really trustworthy way of talking. He'll be missed.
