Don't know if I can post this or not. I was wondering if you stayed at Windsor Hills and rented a home who did you rent from? We are looking at renting 2 six bedroom homes. I see so many websites and homes listed but who can I trust? If you have rented a home and used a certain person or company to help you could you let me know. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Both the owners we rented from were amazing, but sadly neither had 6 bedrooms. One has 3 bedrooms, and the other has a 4 bed and a 5 bed.

We used All Star Vacation homes for a 6 BR a few years ago (3 families). There was a problem with one of the bed frames being loose or broken and they came as soon as we called and fixed it. We also had problems with the cable/internet and called them and they followed up with cable provider to determine it was a problem in the entire area, not just our house, and kept us informed. This showed me they had great customer service as well as a great product. Next time we stay off site I plan to rent one of their townhouses if it is just my family.

We have been looking at The Top Villas for a rental home. This is for our trip next year. Has anyone used them? They don't offer any reviews. The owner of the company does resond to emails with in a day. I will check with All Star Vacation homes also.

We use Florida Sun Vacation Homes. They are one of the management companies recommended on the Orlando board of this forum (along with All Star Vacation Homes and Oasis).

We had two minor issues during our last stay, and they came out immediately to address them. Our house was also exceptionally clean. We are staying in one of their homes again for our upcoming Spring Break trip in two weeks! :cool1:

I know they have 6 BR homes in Windsor Hills. They also have homes in Windsor Palms, Emerald Island, Sunset Lakes and Indian Creek.

Good luck with your search!

We rented a six bedroom in Windsor Hills from Blue Sky Villas over Christmas. The agent Jennie was amazing and very easy to work with. The house was wonderful - I have nothing but good to say about them. I do know they have two six bedrooms side by side in Windsor Hills, because we were in one of them. :)

We have stayed at Windsor Hills MANY times, using Florida Sun vacation Homes, and have always had a great experience. This past trip, we stayed at a condo in WH, instead of one of the houses, because there were only four of us that time, and it was great, as well. Love them!

I found them originally through VRBO, and I have not stayed there yet (but will be arriving on Saturday, YAY!), but we are going through storytimeorlandorental.com

They had comments on VRBO, and on their website, and they are also on FB and have over 1,000 "friends" there. I've also spoken with one friend that did actually stay with them. For the most part, all of the reviews have been very, very high.

Not sure when you are needing to go, but they do have 2 6 bedroom homes. We are staying in Storytime Kingdom, mainly because of the Toy Story themed bedroom (my middle girl especially goes nnuts for TS). If for some reason you weren't able to book both 6 bedroom homes, they also have 4 3 bedroom homes that might work for you.

I spent a lot of time looking for the right location for us, something that looked decent, had a good history/record with others, good owner communication, and especially the right price.

The 6 bedroom home that we are looking to rent is also available from Blue Sky Villas website. I think its probably the same one that was mentioned. The one we are looking at are the side by side 6 bedroom homes. We have a big group going. Thank you for all the information. Trying to find 2 homes side by side and with so many people involved I don't want to make a mistake. I don't want to be responsible for losing someone elses money!

Ive rented once at Windsor Hills in a 3 bedroom and am renting a 6 bedroom in Feb 2012. I used http://www.storytimeorlandorental.com. Hope that was OK to post, I can remove it if not. We had a great experience with them. They own 4- 3 bedroom and 2- 6 bedroom homes.

We have rented homes 3 times from Alexander Homes
www.floridasunshine.com

We have loved every one of them. Last year we stayed at Hideaway Beach in Terra Verde Resort. We LOVED it! It was absolutely perfect. Lots of room, beautifully decorated, complete with pool, game room, wii, etc plus tons of towels, bedding and every kitchen item you will need.

Next year will be the first year we have not rented from Alexander homes- only because I found a house on ebay that we fell in love with - it looks just perfect for our family and is just minutes from Disney and lots of restaurants and shopping. It is Puffs Vacation Home and is located in Formosa Gardens resort.

We love having our own house and pool plus it is fun to stay in a resort community.

We stayed in the "2630". It would be the one on the left of the ones you are looking at. It was a gorgeous house with so much room. VERY clean. Everything in good repair. I did all the checks, owner's name, taxes paid up etc.. no problems.

There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets. There were hair dryers in every bathroom. Flat screen TV in every bedroom. Separate laundry room, which was great.
Kitchen had plenty of small appliances, like coffee maker, blender - pots and pans, utensils, dishes - all the stuff that you go into a rental wondering if it's going to be there and it was.

If I was going to complain about that house: There are a lot of decorative knic knacs, I ended up having to put away a bunch of them, then of course, had to put them all back before we left. I wish for such a house that it had a pool table in the garage. It had air hockey and foosball (foosball had a few pieces broken on it) It could had a some more drinking glasses, there were 9 of us and we were always running out. (I think there were 8 glasses, plenty of everything else though) The pool was chilly, but it was really cold outside, and the heater really never caught up.

So you see, really minor things. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat. So easy to work with. :thumbsup2

Yes that is the house!! We are looking at the 2630 and 2632 Archfeld Boulevard (Windsor Hills). In fact when I googled the address to one of the homes it says that its for sale. So this put up a red flag for us. The managment company said that he spoke to the realtor and she said if home did sell then they would have to honor all bookings. I feel better knowing someone has stayed there. Thank you so much. I will check with Blue Sky Villas.
