Well, they are not detrimental to your health because now a mere 30 years later he became a DAD this morning! Henry was born at about 4 am and weighs 5# 10 oz..... My cousin named him for his stepfather who basically saved him from a life of drugs and other BAD things. I thought that was a really sweet thing to do.
