We are considering having our basement redone, and like the look of the Owens Corning Basement refinishing products, however I understand they can be quite pricey. While doing some research on this, I found a website that discusses Owens Corning and their selling tactics with hundreds of reviews...mostly complaints about pushy salespeople and 3+ hours long sales pitches. There were various quotes on how much per square foot people paid to have the system installed, ranging from $25- $70 per square foot. Before having to put myself through their sales pitch, I was just wondering if anyone has had their basements redone (either a system like this, or a drywall sytem) and approximately how much per square foot you paid if you wish to share this info.
