Anyone receive an unexpected check in the mail today??? **UPDATE: checks are legit**

It's supposedly a payment for a claim in a class action suit for CD (music) purchasers. It looks legitimate and I vaguely remember filing a claim online last year. The check is for $13.86

Anyone else receive this??

I didn't receive a check (yet) but I do remember seeing something about this on the news or in the newspaper (can't remember where).

I just went to the Attorney General of Massachusett's web site, and these checks ARE legitimate

Cool. Mail just came and the checks were there!

This was part of a settlement that was offered to those who bought CD's and were overcharged. The date the offer closed was some time ago.
