What the package discounts for general public was for 10/23/05-12/25/05?
I had BRP (annual pass) booked and did not check out the general package rate and was wondering if it was free dinning plan.

The only free dining that has ever come out was last September, now this Aug/September. It's hurricane season and disney needs to bait us in (and it works). Oct-Dec is a popular time to go and disney doesn't have to put out incentives as folks will come without them. While Nov/Dec use to be quieter, it's all changing now. Guess you'll have to join the waiting club like the rest of us and have a backup plan in case nothing appears.
