Waiting on May 2016 airfare to either come down or release as well as car rentals. Big family trip and I can't wait……..300+ days is too far away! Who is waiting with me?

I am with you - I have been checking the prices for London and I am SICK of it already and I have just begun! The airfare is going to cost more than the cruise!!! Good Luck to you in your search - I hope you get it at a price that works for you! :)

Waiting for April 2016, so a little closer, but still too far! I won't buy my plane ticket until after the first of the year, but I keep going on the Delta site and checking "my flights" every day to see if they're on time. (I know, what happens today has nothing to do with the day I fly, but it gives me something to do.) I've also checked prices for closer dates (60-90 days out) and I'm optimistic that mine will be something I can live with when I'm ready to buy.

25th anniversary trip May 2016 and DS' high school graduation trip August 2016!! I'm in!!

Me! May 7th-13, PHL or BWI to MCO. Waiting for SW flights to be released so I can burn some of my bonus miles. Hoping the fares aren't as crazy as JB's have been.

I did a search today. 372/person:crazy2: Then I looked at rental. 527.00 for a small car. I don't think so. We will be traveling May 19-may 31st. Depending if I don't get a new job I just applied for. Everything is pending……I figure we would not be buying tickets until after Oct. i did some checking…last time we traveled around this time of year it was Feb. when I bought the tickets. Still does not stop me from looking:rolleyes1:rolleyes1

I just booked a flight from Newark Airport to Orlando (return flights haven't been released yet) on Jet Blue. We paid $154 with 1 bag included. I also rented an intermediate car from 4/29 - 5/8 from Alamo (through Costco) for $222. I will keep watching the car rental rates because over the last 3 years I have not paid more than $178 for an 11 day rental for the same time period.

I pretty much rolled my eyes at the prices and was glad that for my May tickets I'm not paying for them. :)

We bought our tickets on JetBlue for the trip down (BOS to MCO) as as soon they were actually available with the 7/8 flight extension. I tried my hardest to book thru Googleflights like many here did but that did not work out for me. We got our flight for $167, which is the highest we have ever paid for a one way. Now we are waiting for the return flights to be released. Our dates are 4/24 to 5/5 and we are hoping the return flights are not as crazy high!! I check car rentals often but they are still on the ridiculous side.Oh and our outgoing flight already went up to $220....!!!!

I am not so patiently waiting for Spirit to release dates for May 2016. We have some flight miles and are hoping to use them to get super cheap flights from Atlantic City to Orlando. I am trying to convince my husband to fly out the night before our reservations at AKL and stay overnight at one of the values but so far its a no go until we know when its cheaper for us to fly. I check every day...LOL

Waiting for the month of May too!:Pinkbounc Anxious to see prices for Southwest and JetBlue!:thumbsup2:cheer2:
