Anyone read any blogs? I have 3 that I read daily

One of them, my favorite, is updated daily. It's http://www.widelawns.blogspot.com/ . The writer is an office worker in the Home Owners Assoc. of a very exclusive country club in Florida. She's a great writer. And has many funny stories to share about the crazy rich people that she has to work for.

My second favorite is http://www.waiterrant.net/ The writer updates it every few days. He is a really great writer as well.

I also like http://rlserver.blogspot.com/ about a server at Red Lobster. He doesn't write more than once a week usually. And his posts aren't always great but sometimes are pretty interesting.

So - what about everyone else. Are there any blogs that you read regularly?

Oddly enough, I read all 3 of those myself. There's a couple more good ones I have bookmarked but because of content/language, I don't want to post the links on here; however, I believe the HOA one has some of them on her sites list. It's like following a paper trail from there!

I *somehow* got into a MySpace acct - where I can read alllll of my son's friends lovely little comments. Oh, and those are quite the read...

I read the RED LOBSTER link you provided. It had me rolllling. I used to work for the Olive Garden YEARS ago, and their endless pasta bowl, had all the servers in tears and straight-jackets! Thanks for that link!

I can't link to it due to language issues, but Amalah is my FAVORITE (just google that, and it'll pop up.)

She's a WAHM of a 1 year-old in DC. She is hilarious and often very touching. Plus her kid is so cute.

I use her blog roll to find more very funny people. Dad Gone Mad is another great one.

I read Amalah too....and Dooce. Zug is hilariously funny, though it's a prank site, not really a blog.

On the ClubMom site, I read Mom's Daily Dose (written by Amy of Amalah), Cheeky Lotus, Three Sons & a Princess, and Gimlet Eye (which is linked to True Wife Confessions, and man, there's some interesting stuff there). I also read the Naked Ovary, an adoption blog - and this couple is in China now, getting their little girl.

Many I find by the links they post on their site. I love blogs.

I used to read Baghdad Burning on a regular basis. The blogger is an Iraqi from Baghdad whose father had some favor during Saddam's reign (I've read that her father was a diplomat to the US while she was young and she spent several years in the US) and it's obvious she was raised in some level of wealth.

At first her blog was interesting because she can communicate well, very good command of the english language. But in the last year or so her unrelenting hatred of Bush, the US, our troops, Great Britian, Iran, and most European countries and every elected official in Iraq has become overwhelming. The woman is filled with hatred to the point I cannot read her blog regularly. I can only handle it when I'm in the mood to read the crazy motivations she assigns to everyone's actions and the completely biased opinions she puts forth as facts.

Mostly I pity her but I can't read her anymore.
