Anyone purchased WDW &/or Universal tickets through "Tickets at work"?

I need to purchase a multi day WPF&M PH ticket for my Dad (I have an AP) and was looking at buying these at about $30 off via tickets at work/beneplace.
  • Does anyone have experience with them?
  • Do they send you a linkable confirmation immediately? Our FP+ window is in just a couple days so can't be waiting days or more to be able to link them in MDE.
  • What about using them for Universal?
Thanks for any experiences/thoughts you care to share!

Yes, I bought our Universal and WDW tix thru Tickets at Work. It was very easy and I had no problems linking the ticket to MDE. A confirmation or ticket # is provided and it automatically linked to MDE when entered.

We did this for Universal it was really easy. You print the voucher and then get the permanent card at Guest Relations. For some reason they could not do it at our hotel GR and they referred us to the front of the park.

Same as above. We did it for Universal in Dec. Just remember to print the voucher they email you off and have the credit card you used for them with you. On another note we had the buy 3 days get 4 day hopper tickets at Universal and for $10 more we upgraded to a seasonal AP right at the hotel. That got us a really great rate at the PB hotel.

I've used them for other tickets, but not WDW. It might depend on your workplace and the agreement they have with tickets@work, but for me Undercover Tourist or Parksavers was always cheaper than tickets@work for WDW. Just make sure to check around and read the fine print to make sure you are comparing apples to apples (taxes, shipping, etc.)

I've had the same experience - it's dependent on your workplace agreement, even how long it takes to get your tickets emailed, so do it asap.

(My experience for a different theme park was that it took a few days for the ticket info to be emailed after the confirmation was sent, and when I called to inquire, they asked who the employer was and told me that was the agreement. However, a friend also used TaW for Disney and Universal, same employer as my purchase, and didn't tell me about any delay - and believe me, she would have!)

We've used TaW in the past without problem too, but not with short FP window looming. I agree that you should check delivery time as well as prices at UT & Parksavers.

We priced it out for a 10 day wp&f ticket with hopper last summer...it was still cheaper for us to go through official ticket center (they were even cheaper than undercover for this particualr ticket!)

I've never found T@W to be a good deal through my employer. FWIW, I recently bought tickets for Disney from Official Ticket Center as they were the cheapest I could find for 10 day PH WPF&M. I found Undercover Tourist to be cheapest for Universal at that time.

Like others have said, we have used it for Universal but not Disney. I forget what we paid for it as it has been a while but as I recall the savings for us were substantial vs the gate price.

I've purchased from TAW through our employer for a few years with substantial savings over the gate price. In my experience, I bought the tickets online and then I received the codes via email within 24 hours. I then added those codes to MDE and my tickets were instantly linked. Good luck!

Thank you for the post and information! This was just the information I was looking for tonight! We can save about $60 per ticket, so I think we are going to go with this now that we know we can link them and get our FP+ with them. :)
