Anyone pick up 14 day ticket before their Discovery Cove day?

We loved Discovery Cove last year so will go again this year. Hoping to arrive on 6th August on go to St Petes Beach on 7th for a week. Whilst there we are going to Busch Gardens probably on 12th so was hoping that we could pick up our 14 day ticket from Discovery Cove before we actually have our day there. I assume our ticket would be valid for 14 days from 12th August and therefore we could book our DC day within that time limit. Just wasn't sure if we could do this or if the DC day had to be first. Hoping not as this would slightly mess up our plans.

We printed off our Discovery Cove tickets at home after we bought them online. We used them at Busch gardens and Sea World BEFORE using them at Discovery Cove. Your 14 days begins with first use.

If you print them off at home they are a full size sheet of paper with your info on it and a bar code. When you go to another park you just get in the regular line for the turnstiles and give them your paper ticket and they scan it.

If you are paying for your tickets to be picked up then you would just need to swing by DC before you needed the tickets. It doesn't cost anything to park at DC so you can pop in and get your tickets.

SeaWorld, Aquatica, SeaWorld's Waterpark™ and Busch Gardens Tampa Pass Usage
Your reservation includes a 14-day pass to SeaWorld and Aquatica, SeaWorld's Waterpark™ in Orlando (if you have the Ultimate package which includes Busch Gardens Tampa), you must use it consecutively with your visit to Discovery Cove, either before, after, or a combination of both. Your personalized ID card will serve as your ticket if you decide to visit your selected sister park(s) after your reservation date.

However, if you plan on visiting SeaWorld, Aquatica, SeaWorld's Waterpark™, or Busch Gardens prior to your Discovery Cove adventure, simply present your confirmation letter and photo ID for each party member 18 years or older at their Guest Relations/Services window located at the front gate. At Aquatica, SeaWorld's Waterpark™, the process is the same should you visit there prior to Discovery Cove, however, the entry is located at the Big Kahuna Entrance just to the left of the turnstiles.

Yes we did this last summer went to Seaworld few days before DC visit and just picked up tickets with photo ID no problem!

We had our discovery cove visit in our 2nd week so just had to go guest services at sea world, aquatica and busch gardens to collect a ticket. Just has to leave a little extra time case of a queue but never was a problem

we ordered our DC tickets through attractions direct and had them shipped to our home

we received etickets (full size sheet of paper for each party member, and one DC resevation sheet) and used them at Seaworld. We just had to scan the barcode at the turnstiles

At discovery cove we were given our individual ID cards, and from that moment on, those were our tickets for BG, SW and Aquatica.

your 14 days must include your DC visit date, but it does not matter when that DC visit is. It can be at the start, in the middle, or at the end of your 14 days. You decide when you activate your Seaworld/BG/AQ tickets, as long as DC is done during the 14 following days.
