Anyone (other than me) Who Didn't Get a Reply to Tour Email?

I sent an email ages ago about bringing back the behind the scenes HHN tour, and I never got a reply. Not even an acknowledgment that it was received and passed along. Did anyone else send one and never hear anything back?

At this time, there are no plans to incorporate the Unmasking the Horror Tour this year. We do have your name on our list if something should change.

I don't get it, it's not like they do it for free??? After the last tours during HHN17, the word has gotten out how awesome the tours were. I'm willing to bet they would have to turn people away this year if they did it, don't they want another source of income???
