Anyone ordered from the Cake Hotline?

I know this isn't technically a "dining" question but I didn't know where else to ask! I want to order a special treat for my family for Valentine's Day to be delivered to our room. I was directed to the Cake Ordering Hotline. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this. Were there lots of different options? Was the cake good? I'd like a review please! Thanks!

Or if anyone has any other ideas for where to order from (either before the trip or while we are there) I will gladly accept suggestions! I was thinking about getting some cupcakes from Starring Rolls or something from the Boardwalk Cafe....
