I picked it up at my local Gamestop last night. OMG - I programmed it for 1/2 hour on easy. Either "she" has a different idea of easy, or else I'm WAY more out of shape than I thought. I opted for the lose weight portion. In 1/2 hour program you do intervals of running (actually shifting weight back and forth and swinging your arms on your fit board if you have one) and exercise (a lot of squating, but it is made fun by having you jump logs, pick up paint grenades off floor and toss, etc.). It really kicked my butt. I love it! So much better than the wii fit games. The only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't have a cool down period after your time is up. Maybe I just haven't figured it out yet. Because it didn't have it, I threw in the Wii fit disc and did 15 minutes of the yoga. That seemed to work. I slept like a baby last night I was so tired. I think this is going to be a great. I can't imagine what 60 minutes on hard is going to be like, but I am definitely going to work my way up!
