Anyone order from MouseMemories? **Update**

I recently ordered from MouseMemories and was wondering how long it takes to get your items. Has anyone had any experiences with them? I think it's been about 3 weeks so far!

I emailed them, and received a quick response. The woman who emailed me apologized for the delay and stated something was on backorder. She is going to have it priority shipped tomorrow and she also stated she included some bonuses for my having to wait. I was pleasantly surprised with my response, and am now anxious to get my order...I just want to start scrapping so bad! thanks everyone for your responses!

You might want to send an email to guest services at MouseMemories. Those folks are really reliable, imho, and it could be your package is lost in the post.

Definitely contact them...I've ordered from them three times and I've always gotten my items in less than 7 days. Your package may be lost...

I had a similar experience. I e-mailed them, and got a reply quite quickly. My items were then sent via fed-ex with some surprise "goodies".

My girlfriend and I ordered from them too. What happened to us was when we ordered ,everything was available. It turns out that sometime after we placed the order one of the items became back ordered. They will not send you order till they have everything in stock. It took us 3 weeks or so. It wouldn't hurt to send an email either.

I agree, you'll get your order very quickly if it is all in stock. Once, I had a backordered item that took several months to fill. But they sent extra goodies when the actual package was mailed. If you e-mail them they are happy to let you know what is going on. They ended up mailing the entire order except the one item because of the manufacturing delay.

I just ordered from them yesterday and they emailed me a confirmation of my order and it states that they will fill the order and send it out within five business days. If I don't receive the order within ten days of submitting the order to please email at guest_relations@mousememories.com

I have ordered before and have not had a problem. I would email.

I ordered from them on January 23 and had to e-mail them last Wednesday asking for an order status. I got an immediate reply from them saying it was shipping the next day and I got it this past Friday. One item was out of stock and there was a note on the invoice saying it would follow as soon as it was back in stock.

All in all, it was a good experience, except that maybe the communication could have been a bit better.

I was shopping this site and noticed that some of the prices are really high compared to other sites. I know that some things you can probably only get from this site but does anyone have another site with good disney stuff?
