I get a bit nervous ordering things and having them shipped from websites. I like talking to people.

Any problems when ordering?

I have Hold for Guest _______________ and also my check in date in the shipping address. Am I forgetting anything?

We have not shipped to the resort from them, but do order from them quite a bit and we find the ship time to be off sometimes. It sometimes takes several days longer than we anticipate the item coming. Just a thought to keep in mind.

I had a small Christmas tree shipped last year. I remember listing resort name, my name, reservation number, dates, and the resort address. You'll have to be creative to get it all in the number of lines allowed.

We had several packages sent to BLT this summer from Amazon(diapers, wipes, stroller cover, formula, etc for 2 kiddos), gotta love Amazon Prime :cool1: as well as Apple (my replacement cellphone. Sending to the resort wasn't an issue but getting it from the business center at the Contemporary was. Thanks to tracking and signature confirmation I knew that my packages had arrived, when, and who signed for them. However the business center tried telling me otherwise. They said that they never arrived and that the person that signed for them wasn't true. When threatened to take it to the management or file a police report as they had clearly arrived but no where to be found, the desk person suddenly made them reappear.

Be aware, they also charge their own handling fee per package based on weight

Not all the resorts charge only the ones with conference rooms/areas.

I've never ordered from Amazon before, what is Amazon Prime?

I'm trying it for the first time. Sent a case of diapers (from Amazon) to Bonnet Creek. It's on it's way and is suppose to arrive the day after we check in.
