Anyone on the Wonder on 3/22/09??

My husband and I are first time Disney cruisers and I was wondering if anyone else was going to be on the Wonder setting sail on 3/22/09?

My husband and I do not have children yet, so we will be cruising alone. We love Disney, so decided on this cruise. I have cruised a couple of times before, but this is my husband's first cruise. We are reallly excited.

My son(10) and I will be there. This will be our second time on the Wonder. We went last year, but were only on the cruise for one day and had to get off in Nassau due to my mom becoming very ill. So hopefully this time we will make it thru the whole cruise.

Hey Alicia!! I'm excited to meet someone on our cruise. We did Disney World last year for our vacation and had a blast! I LOVE Disney and can't wait. I'm sorry you had to leave the cruise your last time. I hope everythingis okay. Hopefully this time will be great memories!! Does your son have a favorite character that he is hoping is on the cruise? My husband loves Stitch, so we hope he's there. I love Beauty and the Beast, so I hope any of those characters may be there (Chip is my favorite though).

Sorry it took so long for me to reply, but it has been pretty hectic around here. Having lots of work done on the house and just close up the summer home for the winter. My son and I both are Huge Mickey lovers. He also loves Pirates of the Caribbean, so it would be really cool to get a picture of him with Captain Jack. I too am looking forward to meeting fellow Diser's. As it gets closer we will have to make some arrangements to meet up. Hope to hear from you soon.

Good to hear from you. It's looking as if we may get the ship to ourselves (lol). If your son likes "Pirates", I bet he can't wait to get to the Disney Island and get a look at the Flying Dutchman that is docked there. That's one of the things I'm looking forward to too. On the video, it shows people on a paddle boat getting pretty close to the Dutchman. I hope we can get a paddle boat and get pretty close. I'm a picture taking NUT and would love to get some close up shots.

It would be very cool to meet up once we get started. Like you said, we can plan closer to the sailing date.

I love Mickey too (who can resist the mouse?). I'm excited about every single aspect of this trip. I can not wait. I can't believe it's still 5 months away!

Sorry it took so long to answer,but we just celebrated my son's 10th birthday. We are still having a bunch of work done on the house. My son loves pirates and likes to watch all the Disney Cruise videos on youtube. What Stateroom # are you in? We are in Stateroom # 7620. We got really lucky and were able to get it. I too am beginning to think we will have the whole ship and all the characters to ourselves. I can't wait for the day we will be boarding, the days seem sooooooo long. I just wanted to let you know that it seems our thread is now almost impossible to find on the boards, so i started a new thread on the meets board. I am hoping that anyone else cruising with us will be able to find us. I have asked for it to be put on the 2009 cruises list, so hopefully it will be listed there soon.
