Anyone on here have a personalized PA lisence plate that reads,,WDW-DVC?

DH and I were driving down PA 43 today right outside Pittsburgh PA. A white Ford Excursion passed us and the lisence plate on the back read

"WDW-DVC"

I laughed and said to DH, "Did you see that"? He said yep laughing too. Just wondering if it is anyone on here?
