Anyone not receive their 20% off Target coupon from an online order?

Call them if you want to place an online order. Go to guest services at the store if you want to use it there.
 
I placed three qualifying orders (with emails to prove it). I would like the options of using the coupons when/where I want over the next week or so. Any ideas?
 
You can call them. But it took me 4 calls and 3 emails and about 6 days before I received mine.
 

I never received mine for either of the two orders I placed. I have called multiple times (each with 30 min holds) and still never received the coupon. I was able to go to the CS desk at my store and request a coupon. I think this worked better as it appears the coupon that gets emailed is online only. I wanted to shop in store with the 20% off.
 
I didn't get mine either. I plan to ask at guest services when I go next week and show my email on my phone that says I qualified.

There's a sale on Sunday and I want to use the 20% off in store but when I called today the lady told me the best she could do was a "case #" and then I can call back and have them annually apply the 20% off. So after 45 minutes on hold, I have to call again and I can't use it in store. Do you think they still have the coupons at GS if I printed my email and took it to the store? This is so frustrating! No where did it say (that I remember anyway) that if you made an online order the coupon was only good online. This feels like false advertising to me. I used to LOVE Target and now they just irritate me at every turn!

I was told to call to place an order or go to the CS desk in store if I wanted the discount in the store. I went to the CS desk before the coupon was even valid and they gave me a coupon.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to swing by Target this afternoon with the printed email. And the email DOES say in store or at Target.com. Definitely false advertising in my mind.
 
I went to Target yesterday and the cashier had a stack of the 20% coupons and seemed to be scanning them for everyone who checked out. My daughter used her coupon that she received on BF and the cashier gave her another one!

Yeah, as much as I love Target and will certainly keep shopping there, I am irritated with them about this. Surely they could have done something for those who did not receive the emailed coupon instead of putting it in our court to go to the store and ask for one, or call for the discount.

I did end up placing an order online and I called once earlier in the day. After being on hold for almost 30 mins, I had to leave to go pick up kids so I hung up. I called back that evening (like 9pm) and finally got someone after being on hold for 35 mins. Plus a couple of calls to ask them to send the coupon, and each of those I was on hold for 20-30 mins.
