Anyone NOT have a long distance provider?

Before we got 'Complete Connections' we didn't have a Long Distance Carrier, we just used 10-10-220....Now we get 30 minutes free a month... ..

I must be crazy because I am the only one here that does have a long distance carrier! I have MCI, it's 5 cents a minute.. there's no monthly only a 6 dollar minimum but that's NEVER a problem...
I guess I am a little confused about why all these complicated deals to get around something that doesn't seem like a problem!
I just pick up the phone and dial.

We gave up our long distance a few years ago and haven't looked back. We used calling cards at first, we bought them from SAMS and then switched our verizon plan to inlcude long distance and that is what we use now. Everything is much easier now.

We are another www.onesuite.com family and I can tell you , we haven't had long distance at home for years now, onesuite is like having long distance with two differences, it's pre-paid and cheap! Everyone I have told so far about it , signed up, it's very easy and convenient.

Deb....that's what we have now....basic basic home telephone service.....and use our cell phones for long distance calls it has made a huge difference.......Except for this month when I needed to just pick up the phone and call my family because of various emergencies.....and then the bill was only $48 total....
