Anyone not able to book Hoop Dee Doo ADR for November??

I have passed my 180 day mark for my ADRs and managed to get everything I wanted except Hoop Dee Doo... I tried calling 180 days out and it was unavailable- and have since then tried at least 3 more times, only to be told to try back in a few days and that it is unavailable. They have suggested Mickey's BBQ and Aloha as alternatives but no luck on Hoop.

Anyone else having problems or know why the booking isn't available yet?

I promise, I just typed this same exact thread, then decided not to send it. I got all paranoid that DIS'ers would think I was starting a rumor.

However, I am also trying to book a November HDDR ADR w/o luck. It's weird, IMO, although I don't know if this is how they usually operate. I certainly haven't read anything indicating the show is changing and knowing Disney, even if it was, we wouldn't know anything now.

Anyway, good luck getting your date when it eventually opens!

Well hopefully we will be able to get an answer or eventually get to book! I am just worried it will open and I will call too late and miss my ADR!!

I hope no one thinks it is a rumor- I was just curious as to why everything else was available and HDD was not! I saw they had a disclaimer on the ADR website about booking errors between some dates, but not my date!

I see by your ticker that you might be in Disney the same time as me! What day were you trying to book?

I called yesterday morning and was unable to book for late November since those dates have not been uploaded into the system yet. The CM checked all the days in November and I believe the first week of November was available for booking. She told me to just keep trying.

I think they are just slow to load some of the dates, but I don't know why. I also made Fantasmic reservations yesterday when I called since those dates hadn't been uploaded online then either.

I think all of the other dinner shows were available for booking, but I am holding out for the Hoop Dee Doo show. Hopefully we'll be able to book soon.

I've been trying to book HDDR everyday since my 180 window opened up on May 17th and still haven't been successful. I've called three times and all a CM will say is keep trying.

I have been trying to book for Thanksgiving week and have not been able to. I call everyday to see if it's open. Yesterday morning they told me they were taking reservations on the phone only up to Nov. 10th.
When I first started trying a week ago they told me it was a computer problem. Some of the cast members I've talked to don't even know there's a problem and keep telling me there is nothing available.
When I talked to a cast member yesterday he said there is a chance it will be closing for re-hab in Nov. and they're not sure of the re-hab dates yet and that's why it's blocked right now.
So who knows...just keep calling them everyday.
Since we have such a large party (35) we booked the Biergarten Restaurant for now and will cancel if we can get HDDR.

There are 12 of us eating there on Nov 9, the ressie was made about 2-3 weeks ago. We tried for 5pm couldn't get us all in, but was ok with the 7:15 show. 2 days ago I looked at changing and saw the same message you all have been seeing, It may be that it really is booked, but don't know why. Had a friend book a week before me with the DxDDP and he could only get Tier 3.

I've been trying to book this also and tried online and also calling but no such luck. We want it for around Nov 21. Of course the CMs on the phone don't know and just say to keep trying and something about dates are not in the system. The dates aren't full already, just no dates in system at all
frustrating because it's our first ever trip to WDW and I really just want to get this booked and out of my hair and "to do" list.

The same thing happened in October. For whatever reason, they are only loading HDDR into the system in 2 week increments. All you can do is keep trying and one day it's going to be there. Nobody can tell you what date. I even tried talking directly to the HDDR box office; they don't know why it's being done like this now either.

Same here. Cannot book online or over phone for last week of November. CM says call back.

If you try to book any of the Dinner Shows using the online reservation system you will notice that none are available past Oct. 16. I was told by Disney Dining that the calendar that I see with the online reservations is the same calendar that they see. So if I don't see dates available past October 16, neither will the Disney Dining cast member.

I called 2 weeks ago and had no problem booking Spirit of Aloha for Nov 16 whereas I cannot book Hoop for whatever reason.

I was able to make mine for Nov 11 via phone, I even called and changed the time about a week later.
