Anyone 'Lose' their BOG ressie because of no cc??

just curious...

i was able to haunt the boards all day Monday and knew to call back to add my cc but I am sure not everyone did.

Did anyone here lose their ressie?

Not necessary. They discovered the glitch and announced that anyone who made an ADR through the automated system without leaving a CC# would not have their ADR canceled.

That's good to know.....I'm glad they figured a way out to make sure no one lost the ADRs they'd waited months to make .

I would like to note that I'm still pretty ticked that they didn't make this announcement early in the day. I wasted a couple more hours trying to call back and back up my ressie with a CC guar. I can't complain too much though- I got an ADR and I should be happy.

pretty much. SO many weren't able to get thru in time to get a ressie.
