Anyone like garlic?

At the Gilroy Garlic Festival..you can get lots of Garlic goodies.

Garlic ice cream has a lemony flavor.. with a funny little twist....

The Scampi is out of this world as is the calamari, pepper steak and garlic bread...yummy...

The weather for the festival is usually dang hot.. but the last two years have been fabulous! Come early.. stay late.... and bring your wallet!!!

I live in Gilroy and I really like garlic. Our annual Garlic Festival was July 23-25. We definitelyget alot of people into town on those three days. It's interesting to figure out ways to get around town to avoid the Festival commuters. It's a great way to earn money for the local charities.

Seriously, we love garlic around here. I'm making a garlic rich spaghetti sauce right now. We brush and floss a lot to counteract.

Have you ever been to one of those restaurants where there's garlic in almost everything you eat? I went to the Stinking Rose in L.A. and everything was delicious (didn't have the garlic ice cream though).

Absolutely love garlic. When I make Spaghetti I always put lots of garlic in it. It is so good for you too.

I can eat a bit of garlic sprinkled here and there but I can't stand tons of it. I could never eat it whole!!!

I like it to flavour my food but I've never tried half or whole roasted cloves before!

Roasted garlic is a different taste sensation. The garlic loses its pungent taste and you can spread it like butter on crusty bread. It is so good!!!!
