Anyone know why Club Libby Lu is closed 9/29-10/1?

I tried to make appointments for my girls to get a makeover on 10/1. We have the princess meal planned for that day and I thought it would be really cute.

I got a (very) young girl who said they were booked the whole day but to try and come in as soon as they opened and they could maybe get them in. But then someone in the background says that they aren't even open at all that day, and then I was told they are closed from the 29th to the 1st.

Did I just get a clueless girl or are they really closed? Any ideas why they would be closed?

No clue, I would just try again. Why would they be booked on Oct 1 anyway? That sounds weird....just call today and see what they say.

I finally got through to someone else today. Apparently they are remodeling a part of the store. They will for sure be closed 9/29-9/30. They are unsure if they will be closed 10/1. That's the day I really wanted. She said that they had already taken some makeover appointments for that day. She suggested I call back next week to see if they are still going to be closed on 10/1.

All I can say is that if I made an appointment for my daughter(s) to get a makeover and showed up and they were closed, I'd be pretty angry. I hope they are calling people!
