Anyone Know Who to Call about MyPoints Rewards not Credited?

I requested a rewards from MyPoints last Nov, 2005. I requested 2500 points to buy 2500 Hilton Honors Points. Well, according to the MyPoints account, the transaction went through, but it still hasn't posted with HH. I've written at least 6 emails to MyPoints and just get a standard reply, that I've been assigned a "file number" (always the same one) and someone will get back with me in 72 hours. Well, its been more like 72 days! I called MyPoints 800 CS number and was told that the HH points was "backed up" but I should receive my points in a week. He also promised me 100 points for my trouble. Well, that was over 2 weeks ago and nothing, not even my 100 points!

We are planning a trip to Hawaii this summer and really are depending on those HH points for a stay. Anyone have any ideas how to get a response out of them? Thanks!

I am also waiting on MyPoints. I exchanged 10,000 MyPoints for HH points 6 weeks ago. Your story isn't giving me much hope. I need the points for a trip in May. Be sure to post back when(if) they get your HH acct credited.

I've been waiting since mid december for 2,500 HH points. I have also emailed them at the end of january. They said i would get them in 2-3weeks. Well.i have gotten nothing from them and i emailed them yet again and i've gotten no response!

They are really starting to get under my skin.As it is i've stopped shopping through them because i never get credited for the points,i always have to send in my confirmations.

Well, I FINALLY ot credited for the 2,500 points in my Hilton Honors account. They were redeemed in Nov 2005!

Actually, I called Hilton Honors. The first two people I talked to didn't have a clue, one kept saying "I don't understand what happened to your points". I kept telling her, its not "Your Points, its Mypoints" To which she said, yes, your points,.....arrrgh!

Hung up, tried again. The second guy kept confusing it with MyWay...........arrgh!

Third call, got someone who seemed to have a clue as to what I was talking about, but put my on hold for so long I had to hang up.

Well, the 2,500 points showed up in my HH account the next day. Of course, I'll never know if it was just concidence or that third call had something to do with it, but you might try calling HH to see what the hold up is.
