Anyone know who to address a letter to at the DLH?

Does anyone know who to address a thank you letter to at the Disneyland Hotel? I left my IPad behind in the desk drawer and we were half way home when the Hotel called to tell me it had been found and they were putting it in the mail (I hadn't even realized it was missing). I thanked the person on the phone but would like to make sure that the maid who found and returned this receives proper credit. I feel like when I send things to a generic address they don't always get read and I want to make sure this makes it to the proper person.

At our hotel, we would recommend to send a letter to our House Keeping Manager. Explain what happen, put the dates you stayed and room number if you remember. Then our Housekeeping Manager will look up who serviced your room and give them the credit they deserve. Maybe the Disneyland Hotel does something like this.

With Disney I bet they do get read.

I would start with the generic contact/email address because with feedback it's best to be timely. Include in your letter that you'd like a more direct contact information or for them to forward your feedback. I think it's better to send something than to wait to try to track down the "right" contact when you can always send a second letter later if you find the "right" place to send your letter.

Send the letter via the email contact. You will probably get a phone call in 3-4 days.

Thanks everyone .... I will send it to the email contact with attn: Housekeeping Manager and hopefully that will start the ball. I was just honestly so touched and happy with the honesty that I want to make sure it is recognized.
