Anyone know what season the first 2 weeks of March 2014 are?

This morning I gave a quote to a client who wants to travel March 9-15. Oh a hunch I also checked pricing for the week before that, the 2-8, and the package for the earlier dates was about $300 cheaper. I'm willing to bet that the first week of March is regular season, and the second week is peak. I can't find any official word to confirm this though.
