Last night I started working on the scrapbooks that I'm making for my stepchildren in memory of their father..
Several years ago I came across this poem and although I saved it, I can't find it anywhere..
In the beginning it talked about all the things that dad's have to go through - such as experiencing the pain of childbirth with no anesthesia; assembling toys; doing repairs around the house; sending their little girls off to be married; etc - and then it talks about what daddies do when they pass on and reach Heaven - how they're still "fixing" things, puttering around, and preparing the path for when their loved ones get there..
I want to find this poem SO bad but I can't remember what site it was on - whether it was a greeting site, one of those Friendship pages that are often set to music, or whatever..
If anyone is familiar with this poem I would be so very grateful if you could post it - or pass on the site where it's located..
Thanks so much!
