I question this also. I don't think I have ever seen stand up paddle boards at CC and I have been there plenty over the last ten years. Maybe I missed it?? I did a search on the DCL website and it is not mentioned. https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/ports/castaway-cay/

My daughter rented a stand up paddle board at cc March 2015 cruise. You rent them at the beach closest to the ship. I think it was $20 or $25 for 30 minutes but they weren't strict on time since there wasn't anyone else waiting for the board. She loved it and we got great pictures of her with the ship in the background.

I checked back in my receipts and it looks like it was $20 to rent the stand-up paddle board and I think the minimum age was 18. Both of my daughters had a blast when they did the teen excursion on cc. They were busy all day on the island.
