I never did see it at the parks. Cant do a search for it now and I know I can get it on ebay. I want to get it for my ds bday is Aug. Thanks.

I have the CD-Rom, Walt Disney Explorer, you can click on the parks and the various rides. There is a section for most missed attractions, etc. There is also trivia questions that you can answer to get points. I really liked it.
I have the second edition, I do not know if they make them anymore, I know mine is a few years old, but I do not know the year it was made.

Thanks, it's the explorer one, but I'm glad that the quest was posted as well, because I just found a playstation game that is quest magical racing tour. sounds like fun!!!

you are right helenk! It is explorer, sorry for the brain spaz.
they are not widwly available but definitely not impossible to find. I got one last summer for a BD present for DH.

As long as you are shopping The roller coaster ride development games are a lot of fun, the latest one may be (but I am not certain, because these kids never put games back in their cases.) the date on it is 2002, says on the cd: www.ultimateridegame.com rated E for everyone. Created by Disney Imagineering.

Thanks so much. I just bought explorer off of ebay and a quick search lead me to find disney collections at my local Bestbuy. 3 games one 1 disk. magical racing tour is on it along with toy story 2 and lion king. Not bad for 20 bucks. Now if Dh would just turn his phone on, I could get him to pick it up while he's out.

the coaster game is down to 9.99 and that's on the disney site (see link from pervious post) Don't recall if you stated the age of your son but my kids find the race car game to be frustrating.
Husbands NEVER turn on their phone while shopping! Just esp him real hard!

The playstation version of Magical racing tour is very good. Graphics are very good for when it came out. It races through various rides like Splash, Big Thunder and Space Mts., Dinosaur, Tommorowland Speedway, etc.
I keep looking for them to make one for Playstation 2, Gamecube or Xbox

Well, dh finally did call. He left the phone in the car! Both boys love it. My boys have autism and can become quite obsessive about things. The oldest loves the crash racing game and this seems very similair. If he didn't have speech therapy right now he'd still be playing it, but mean mommy made him get up and go play with the therapist. He's telling her all about his trip right now. Well, to the best of this ability. I bought the die cast ride cars so that he could have something tangible to use when trying to talk about his trip. they should make those for every ride!
