Anyone know STK brunch hours?

The WDW site says lunch at 11:00 but no mention of brunch hours when they have a brunch, lunch, and dinner menu. I also can't tell if it's daily or just weekends? Or Sunday only? Any help appreciated!

Ahhh. I was only looking at the WDW site. Didn’t occur to me to look for a site for the actual restaurants. Duh THANKS!
