I know it's not quite Pittsburgh, but we're planning one in Niagara Falls, NY in June if you're interested.

I would be interested in some info on that if you have some! It's probably only about a 3-4 hour drive from here. We haven't been to Niagara Falls in years!

We live in Cleveland area and are going to the Niagra Falls meet. Pittsburgh is even closer and if you would like to plan a meet, maybe in the late summer or fall, I bet we could get a few of us there! I love to drive over the visit Ikea.

That sounds like a good idea. Later this summer or in the fall would be great for me. I've never been to one though and don't know much about them. I am chatting with another girl on a different thread that is from near Pittsburgh too and would like to get one going. . . Do you have any ideas? Like where are they normally held and things like that??

A DIS Meet in Pittsburgh???? Oh I am sooooo there. This would be wonderful.

I am also up for getting something started. It does not have to be huge..... It can start with a few and grow from there. Lets just pick a place and time and show up. Restaurants are always a good place to meet.


So where do we all hail from.......N, S, E, or West of the Burgh area?

Strip District or Southside are always good places to meet up.......

Any suggestions????? Ideas??

I live in the South Hills. Station Square is a perfect idea. With many options including the Hard Rock Cafe...... Or even the Melting Pot for Coffee & Dessert type meeting. Also Bucco Di Beppo......or Sunday Brunch at Grand Concourse......possibilities are endless there and quite central without being right downtowm and plenty of parking.

So how does the next 2 mth look for everyone in regard to schedules. Most likely this would have to be a Saturday thing for timing and days off from work??

Anyone interested in a Dis Burgh meeting???? Let's get this party started................
