Anyone know of a Character List from 1999/2000?

I'm trying to find out which characters would have been available for a character meet-and-greet opportunity at the end of 1999 or in 2000. Who would have been around to sign an autograph book, either roaming the park or in specific meet-and-greet areas. If anyone can help with this, I'd appreciate any info. Thanks in advance!
