It's kind of early for Feb. A place to check is Mousesavers.com as well but nothing is out there for Feb yet, usually a month or 2 before is when codes come out sometimes a little earlier. The historical info is posted on the mousesavers site as well.

Just make sure you plan to go early FEb, not Prez weekend or after. The beginning of February is "value season". From Prez weekend to one week after Easter Sunday it is peak season.

President's Day in 2009 is February 16th. That means starting the Thursday prior, the seasons will change from value(lowest) to peak (highest).
