A year or two ago I ordered kids meals at Restaurantosaurus and asked to decline the plastic bucket. I was told, by an annoyed cast member, that they did not have that option. I thought, since they were supposed to be the most environmentally conscious of the parks, that she was mistaken but she insisted that you had to take it. This seems a bit hypocritical, uneconomical ($$$upcharge$$$) and inconvenient. So they don’t provide lids and utilize paper straws but don’t allow you to decline a plastic bucket and shovel? I’m not the only parent who believes carrying sand pails around a theme park is silly because we saw several in the trash. I’ve haven’t been back to that restaurant but was hoping that they had since changed that policy. Anyone know?
