You kind of have to keep checking the DLR website to see if they have added any special offers for March.
There are two or three different active threads on DIS about PIN codes and special hotel rates right now, which are expiring anywhere from February to May to December! (The May and December ones are PIN code offers sent out by mail or e-mail.) A lot of us have gotten different PIN code discount offers, but you can't use one of those unless you actually get the offer yourself. Otherwise, the DLR website was showing some special limited time hotel rates (expiring in February) that may or may not be accessible to everyone. I don't know. They had me type in my zip code first, before entering that section of the site, so it makes me wonder if the hotel rates are being offered to SoCal residents or other locals only. Not sure. You would have to go on and check and see if you are asked for your zip code. They may extend that offer, you never know. Otherwise, I think - and I could be wrong on the details - that there is a current offer where if you book 4 nights or more, you get a $150 gift card. Again, I am unclear on the details of that - that may be a package deal where you have to book a 4-night stay as well as buy Park Hoppers. I think I also saw a deal for the Disney Good Neighbor hotels (basically all the surrounding hotels outside of the Resort) where if you stay a certain number of nights (like 4 nights or something), you get an extra night's stay thrown in for free.
People on DIS swear by staying at HoJo's (I have not yet personally stayed there), and they are always getting great rates with the Entertainment card.
