Anyone know if RPR charges to receive and hold a package prior to arrival?

I know a lot of resorts charge about $20 or so, anyone know about the Loews resorts?

We were charged $10 at Portofino in December when we sent a christmas tree.

I don't know about RPR, but we sent a case of water to HRH last summer and were not charged.
