Anyone Know if Canadian At Par Specials Are On The Horizon?

Hi all,

Planning a trip to the world in early november 2004. We were lucky enough to partake in the Visa card At Par Dream Maker package earlier this year and stayed at the wonderful POP Century resort.

Will the At Par come to fruition this fall/winter?

Is anyone privy to that information?

I would think that with the low attendance plaguing WDW this summer that some discounts and deals should start to be released.
