Anyone know if 3rd Adult in room is $25 per night extra?

I was told at Deluxe Resorts, 3rd person in room, that being anyone over 17, the charge is $25 extra per night, plus tax obviously.....

Is that true?

Actually it's for anyone 18 and over.

The charge is $10 at the values
$15 at the moderates
$25 at the deluxes

Yes, this is true. Stayed at the Contemporary several years ago, and they charged us $25 + tax per night for my MIL to share our room. (FYI: This does not occur at WDW only. We are being charged quite a bit extra for MIL to share our room during our trip to Washington DC next month.)

Yes, we paid $25 extra per night at the BWI when our son turned 18.

I think it's ridiculous. It's expensive enough to get a room at a deluxe and then be penalized for another $25 a night just because your kid turned 18. It's crazy!!

Yes - that is why we rented points and we are staying at SSR and not WL .

We are paying for my MIL's entire trip - air, dining, tickets.....it was just too pricey and made no sense since it would only be 4 in the room and the room holds 4

So SSR here we come
