Anyone know how to be issued a citation on Buena Vista Street?

I almost never see that character. But I almost always see the photographer, the bike messenger and occasionally the woman with the dog.

Yes, I have. It was a year or so ago, and I was on an ECV. He actually brought out cones and had me take a driving test! Then gave me a ticket. I will see if I can find it!

Anyone know how to be issued a citation on Buena Vista Street?

I just asked Officer Blue for one, but it was the day they opened BVS (and Carsland) in 2012. It's a great free souvenir. You can also get a message from the Bike Messenger as well.

The officer in DHS in Florida issues tickets as well, but his name is Officer Club.

She wears a straw hat and has red hair. I've seen her played by 2 different CMs. She carries a camera, but the pictures she takes are fake, no photopass. Supposedly there's 5 characters, but I've only ever seen the 4.

I think her name is Fifi. She jumped into our photo that photopass was taking. She was so fun!

I got to have a lengthy conversation with Office Blue last month. He was so fun! It was a wonderful experience. We did this whole bit on whether I'd gotten the Murphy File taken care of or not. He's great!

Yeah, I think many people miss them, but they somewhat stand out (in terms of being wacky Buena Vista citizens).

They will strike up funny conversations & interact with people all the time!

We met officer blue today and were issued a holiday citation for singing to him. He was hilarious.

We met and talked with Officer Blue - my kids loved him! He didn't issue us a citation, though. Maybe next time!
