Anyone know how teams participating in events at WWoS get MBs

Travelling with team to WWoS in March for Spring Training. Does anyone know how Magic Bands will be distributed to teams/parents (i.e. will they be mailed in advance, or pick up at the resort - All Star Sports). And, will everyone be able to reserve FP+ in advance, or not until arrival? Any insight would be appreciated.

I assume it will be be similar to however groups like Dance, Cheerleading, Bands are being handled....anyone know? TIA!

Guests at WDW resorts (All Star included) will be shipped MagicBands.

All guests info needs to be entered in a MyDisneyExperience account (or several accounts, then "joined together")
in order to make FP+ selections in advance.

The above is "standard procedure" for regular guests.
It is possible that Disney and sports teams, etc. have a different arrangement, but there's
no way to tell that from my end.

Thanks, Robo! I'm guessing the MBs will be sent to the coach, as I seem to recall in prior years the tickets were sent to the coach in advance. Just seems things will be more complex, as in prior years there was no 'advance' element, so the coach could just distribute tickets at the resort.

I'm thinking perhaps Dance competition or Cheerleading competitions may be the first groups to experience Magic Bands. Will keep my eyes open for any experiences as those activities ramp up.

no personal experience but I have a friend whose daughter was part of Pop Warner in December. They stayed onsite with the other cheerleaders - I know they didn't have access to FP+ but I can't remember if they got MB (I don't think so). My friend said it was because of the large group situation but that's what she told me (so I don't know it directly) just thought I'd toss that info out there....

I am traveling with a Marching Band in June. We have been told by our travel agent that our MBs will be given to us at check in; they will not be shipped in advance.

Our boys basketball team participated in a WWoS event in December. They received their MBs at check in as well.
