Anyone know how much a taxi from boardwalk to universal studios? Or other suggestions

Hi,
We wont have a car and are staying next Aug at BWV. We are thinking about doing a couple of days at Universal S and also IOA. How would you suggest getting there? Any ideas of how much a taxi would cost? With traffic being heavy certain times of day what times do you suggest going /or equally avoiding.

How did you miss this sticky?? Just kidding. It should be able to give you all the info you need. I have used the Mears shuttle several times and it has worked out beautifully for me.
