Anyone know how far the Sana Ana airport is to the Disneyland hotel?

We had decided to avoid LAX and traffic and are flying to John Wayne (San Ana airport), thanks to a suggestion here on the boards.
But I was wondering how far it will be from there.
We definatl want to rent a car because we want to spend time at the beach and in Hollywood. Thanks in advance.

SNA is only about 15 miles or so from Disney. WAY better than flying into LAX!
