Anyone know about Celebrity Resorts?

Has anyone stayed at either of the Celebrity resorts? I found them online but know nothing about them. I am needing a place for my parents & sister for 3 nights that is reasonable. Any suggestions or opinions on the resort mentioned?

I had a bad experiece at the Celebrity resort on Poinciana Blvd last summer.
Long lines, they where over booked, guests shouting in the lobby about poor service, the staff were out right rude. I had exchanged into Celebrity through interval international, after the long line and rude staff and being told I would have to wait in line all over again to get my key because the room was not ready ( it like 7pm) that was it. On my interval paper work there was a phone number to call if you had any problems, I called, explained, and they rebooked me for Liki Tiki resort (great place, great staff) on the spot, they just told me to get out of there right away. Liki Tiki was waiting for my arrival.

Good luck, I will never go back to that hell hole.

Hi Lori - we have a t/s at the Celebrity resort in Lake Buena Vista. The entire unit (both A and B sides)can be divided into 3 bdrms, 2 full baths, with jacuzzis, a full kitchen with all appliances, a washer/dryer in the unit, and the units were just refurnished/redecorated last yr. They do not have a lot of amenities for kids - a pool, small playground, some tennis courts - but their location is fantastic. They are located less than a mile from the entrance to Downtown Disney property; so close to many markets, restaurants etc... Hope this helps you out.

Thanks for the replys. I need a room for them for the three nights we are doing the universal parks. I am staying onsite @ Universal but they will not pay those rates. After that we are all moving to a 2 bed @ SSR for the remainder of the trip.
