Anyone know a place to meet Moana in WDW?

Last year she met at MNSSHP. TBD if she comes back for this year.

Moana, along with many other characters, appears on the large boat that passes by near the end of Fantasmic. She currently appears nowhere else at WDW.

We are really hoping Moana meets at MVMCP this year. It won't make or break the trip altogether, but since we aren't going to Epcot for my DDs to meet Anna/Elsa, I think Moana will be a tear jerker if they get to have a M&G. Is it true we can't see the party program until the day of? No early releases of plans online?
